What to Expect When We Visit
Follow the driveway down and park wherever you’d like! As you wander toward the Office (nestled inside a restored 1800s barn), take a breath and soak in the surroundings a bit.
Our tours are for the whole family, and we highly encourage young people to come along! After all, they do tend to be the best explorers (and the most honest reviewers).
When you arrive, come on into the Barn Office and connect with the office staff. Running late? It happens, no worries. Just give us a quick call at 610-459-3366 so we know you’re on your way.
We’ll start by hearing a bit about your journey, what’s led you here, and what you’re curious about. Then we’ll share more about who we are, what we value, and how this learning journey tends to unfold (spoiler alert: it’s not always in straight lines).
From there, we’ll head out to explore! We will be wandering through spaces like the Shaping Your Life Loft, Science Lab, Art Studio, Makerspace, Woodshop, and then see just a bit of the wide-open and tree-filled 28 acres of campus. There’s a good chance that we’ll run into some learning in action along the way.
About an hour later, we’ll wrap up with time for any lingering questions. When you head out from your visit, we hope you’ll be leaving with a deeper sense of who we are, a feel for the place, maybe a few new things to wonder about, some literature to review, and some next steps to consider.

Program Fees
For current rates and tuition ranges*, click here.
Tuition includes all materials and supplies, no surprise extras along the way. A deposit (specified on the enrollment contract) is due at the time of registration. This deposit is applied toward your total tuition and is non-refundable.
* Tuition typically falls within a range based on demonstrated financial need and available funding. If you’re applying for Financial Assistance, there is no deposit submitted with your application.

At Open Connections, we’re committed to cultivating a vibrant, inclusive community. We aim for a community that brings together families from a wide range of economic, cultural, racial, and social backgrounds. We believe this richness creates space for meaningful connections and expands how young folks are able to see and understand the world.
Our Financial Assistance program is one way we support that vision as it helps make Open Connections accessible to families who might not otherwise be able to join our community.
